Refund Policy

Complaints Received Within 48 Hours:
Our ‘No Quibble’ policy will replace the flowers to the satisfaction of the customer within 24 hours of the complaint being received, or the next working day if the complaint is received over the weekend.

Complaints Received After One Week:
Complaints received one week after products delivered will be dealt with under our complaints procedure, with the manager and senior florist, upon receipt of the bouquet.

Privacy Policy

The data that we collect from you is processed by staff who work for us. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. After this time all personal information is responsibly disposed of.

Terms & Conditions

1. Chris Evans Products
a) Products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.
b) If you have any concern regarding the flowers you are about to order, please contact us before submitting your order.
c) All products shown are subject to availability. In the event of supply shortages, Chris Evans reserve the right to substitute product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
d) If Chris Evans is unable to substitute product at all, you will be notified as soon as possible by telephone.

2. Prices
a) Prices include VAT for all standard deliveries.

3. Orders / Payment
a) You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the Order Form and you shall be required to provide your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards other than department store cards and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time.
b) Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of the order, when we issue a written confirmation of acceptance by e-mail to the e-mail address with which you first contacted us. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this confirmation.
c) We cannot accept Order Forms from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

4. Delivery
a) Delivery of £5.99 will be applicable. If you request delivery to remote areas which are of an obscure location, you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your Order Form.
b) Should you require your delivery to be made within a specific time period, a ‘deliver before 1pm’ / ‘delivery after 1pm’ service is available. A charge of £2.00 will be made for this service in addition to Delivery of £5.99 (with the exception of Sympathy items). Should you require this delivery service, you Order Form must be submitted (requesting this service) by 1pm, 24 hours in advance of the required delivery date (1pm Saturday in the case of Monday deliveries). The ‘before 1pm’ / ‘after 1pm’ delivery service is offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice during busy periods.
c) On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date.
d) For same-day delivery we must receive your Order Form by 9am on the intended delivery date.
e) We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day.
f) Incorrect personal details can lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
g) In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
h) Same-day,delivery within 3 hours of order placement for local deliveries only is available to the customer on payment of £10. This service is not available at peak periods.
i) Orders with Special Delivery requirements eg. deliveries made outside of normal delivery hours, is a designated service indicated by the Taxi symbol on the order form.

5. Cancellation
a) Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date for UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
b) To amend or cancel your order, please contact us by telephone from 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday.

6. Customer Care / Complaints
a) Chris Evans’s ‘No-Quibble guarantee’ will replace the flowers to the satisfaction of the customer within 48 hours of delivery and complaint being received or the next working day if the complaint is received over the weekend. This guarantee does not, however, include International orders.
b) Chris Evans will deal promptly with any queries or complaints received from their customers.
c) The Customer is responsible for giving full instructions concerning names and addresses, location (where necessary for remote properties), and further action in the event of the recipient not being home, as this could cause difficulties with scheduled delivery of the product.
d) Where an order cannot be delivered due to the customer not giving full and correct delivery instructions, we will advise the customer promptly to inform them of subsequent requirements.
e) When failed transmissions have been overlooked, in cases of cancellation a total refund (including delivery) will be given within 48 hours.
f) Unattended deliveries may only be made with the sender’s permission, and when goods can be left both out of sight and under cover. A note detailing the location of the goods will be posted at the delivery address.
g) When a delivery has been attempted, proof of attempt must be made by the posting of a “Called Today” card.
h) Every order will carry Chris Evans Fleur Decor identification in some form.
i) A care and guarantee card and flower food sachet (except for funeral work), will accompany every order.
